Shamrock Swing Sunday Hi All, In September some of the best WCS teachers from the UK and USA will be in Ireland and they will be giving workshops just for us!! West Coast Swing is an amazing dance to look at, the dancers look as though they are gliding around the dance floor. While it shares some similarities to Lindy and East Coast Swing, it suits more modern music like rock, blues and pop music in the charts. A great example would be Rock Star from Nickelback. The organisers of the Shamrock festival have kindly arranged the day of workshop on Sunday September 14th 2008 (11:00am to 6pm) with Ronnie Debenedetta USA (of Brandi Tobias and Ronnie Debenedetta) Lee Easton UK, Sydney Smyth UK, Jenny Stephenson UK and many more.
